Information collected

The form collects company/institution, full name, email or phone, project lead time, service selection, request details and the PDF/ZIP files you choose. Files are transferred only with Send. Do not include unnecessary personal data, identity documents or sensitive personal data. Security controls may process session, time and connection information.

Purposes and legal grounds

Technical assessment, quotation and replies are considered under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK), Article 5/2(c), where necessary to enter into or perform a contract. Business contacts and system security may rely on legitimate interests under 5/2(f), subject to fundamental rights; applicable legal duties on 5/2(ç), and establishment, exercise or protection of rights on 5/2(e). The actual record of processing must identify the ground for each activity. Optional analytics uses a separate choice.

Access and disclosures

Authorized company staff access quotation records. Hosting, email, backup and authorized technical support providers may receive access limited to their tasks; competent public authorities may receive information where legally required. Notifications go to galva@galvapro.com.tr; technical files are not sent as ordinary email attachments.

Retention and protection

Quotation files are quarantined in encrypted storage outside the web root. Files cannot be opened or downloaded until a malware scan returns a clean result. Requests marked cancelled or discarded, and their files, are subject to deletion after 90 days in that status unless a legal retention requirement or hold applies. There is no fixed automatic deletion date for the active technical archive. Personal data is retained only for its processing purpose and applicable legal periods; when the processing conditions cease, deletion, destruction or anonymisation is assessed.

Your rights and requests

KVKK Article 11 provides rights to information about processing, purposes and recipients, correction, deletion/destruction where conditions apply, notification to recipients, objection to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis, and compensation for unlawful processing. Submit a request with information sufficient to verify your identity in writing to the company address, to galvainovasyon@hs01.kep.tr by registered electronic mail (KEP), or by another method provided under the applicable Turkish rules. You may use an email address previously notified to the company and recorded in its systems; galva@galvapro.com.tr also provides guidance. Requests are addressed as soon as possible and no later than 30 days.
